The Carpanese family delicatessen goes “on the road”

To celebrate 50 years of creating gastronomic specialties, delicacies from Parmamenù are now available to enjoy from this Apecar. Guests are invited to discover the many culinary delights that have made the Carpanese family a point of reference in Parma’s gastronomic heritage.

Anolini in broth, Culatello Sausage , meatballs, Strolghino’s burgers and many more recipes have been selected from Grandma Ida’s cook book, so you can savour the wonderful flavours as you stroll around the Village, perhaps with a glass of good mulled wine, carefully prepared according to an old Carpanese family recipe.
