The principle values on which the company is founded are the search for and selection of quality ingredients and the careful and conscious production of the dough, to create an excellent gourmet pizza.
Stoneground flour and mother yeast make the dough easily digestible, and the long natural baking process – including double cooking – gives crispness and taste.
In addition, only fresh seasonal vegetables, with no chemical additives or preservatives, are used, along with excellent cold cuts and cheeses from small local artisans.
