Hands-Free Shopping

You shop, we collect. Simply shop at your favourite boutiques, then relax while our boutique assistants pack your purchases ready for collection. Book at the Fidenza Village Tourist Information Centre on arrival.

To benefit from our Hands-free Shopping service:
1 Visit the Village Tourist Information Centre to receive your Hands-free Shopping ‘passport’.

2 You can also sign up for the service in any of the boutiques in the Village. Simply ask boutique staff who will arrange for you to be given a Hands-free Shopping ‘passport’.
For all purchases at Fidenza Village prior to subscribing to this service, or for all purchases made in non-participating boutiques, visit the Tourism Information Centre, where your purchases will be included in the Hands-free Shopping service.

3 Upon presentation of your ‘passport’, boutique (or the Tourism Information Centre) staff will take charge of your purchases after first packaging and sealing them in front of you and providing you with a receipt, which you must carefully retain inside your ‘passport’.

4 To avoid waiting to collect your purchases, we ask that you telephone (+39) 392 09 99 164 approximately 20 minutes before you wish to leave. Your purchases will be loaded into your car at the pick up point, or will be delivered to the Shopping Express^®, shuttle or coach (whichever applies). You will be asked to show your proof of identity and the receipts provided by the various boutiques for your purchases, which will have to be counter signed proving that you have collected all your purchases.
Any complaints regarding your purchases must be made before leaving Fidenza Village.

The Hands-free Shopping service is available seven days a week for €8.
